Over time, it became apparent that the hostile entity was evolving into stronger versions. During the same periods, signals containing more complex manufacturing plans were more frequently recorded.
Although signals were categorized by complexity and frequency, their origin remained unknown. Humanity gradually gained new knowledge, or rather rediscovered lost ones, and refused to submit to unknown entities at its own doorstep.
It has not been proven whether there is a direct connection between these phenomena or whether this is merely a human tendency to seek patterns in a chaotic environment. Some theories assume that the hostile entity merely exploits the occurrence of the signals.
The entire situation culminated on the day of the encounter with an entity located far from the center of the Solar System. This entity was capable of producing additional entities and exceeded human settlements in size. It was named after the biblical monster – Leviathan.
It has not been proven whether there is a direct connection between these phenomena or whether this is merely a human tendency to seek patterns in a chaotic environment.
Communication systems of ships venturing into deep space, far from the disruptive radio noise of celestial bodies, began detecting strange "signals".
After careful analysis, it was determined that these signals originate from areas where no apparent source of transmission is detected upon closer inspection. The signals appear and then, after several dozen hours, disappear without explanation.
The positions of the signals are not fixed and cannot be tracked or archived long-term. Each occurrence is unique and unrepeatable.
The content of these signals consists of information about human technology that was forgotten on Earth. They contain complete manufacturing plans, wiring diagrams, and instructions for use.
The locations of the signals soon became highly sought after for acquisition and corporate exploitation. The signal itself remains stable, but its transfer to local data media leads to rapid degradation of the information.
Media based on magnetic records undergo rapid degradation in the space environment, and repeated reading during production further damages the data.
The first contact with an unknown entity, now commonly referred to as Evil, occurred on a now non-existent station in orbit around Mars. An unknown organism was found on the station’s hull, breached it, and infected the inhabitants with a horrific disease. Although the similarity to Disease X, which ravaged Earth at the end of the "Event", was terrifying, the manifestations were slightly different, transforming humans and all organic life into something... inhuman.
Fearing the spread of the disease, the station was completely destroyed along with everything inside it. It was not long before every major station reported contact with a similar organism. This time, however, people were better prepared and managed to stop it before it breached the hull. Further contacts followed.
There are many theories* regarding what these entities are and where they come from, but none have yet been conclusively proven.
*) prion theory, fate theoryAfter the event later simplified by future generations as the "Event", Earth ceased to be capable of sustaining human life. It was not a war, a catastrophe, or a sudden collapse. Rather, it was a quiet fading of a civilization that collapsed in on itself.
Leaving the planet did not begin as an escape, but as a long-term process. At the height of prosperity, extensive orbital complexes, mining stations, and distant colonies already existed. These became refuges for small groups of people who left Earth before the Event. Humanity was no longer counted in billions. Only tens of thousands of scattered individuals remained.
Science and technological development decline. Small groups of survivors lack the capacity to secure sufficient production or even develop new technologies. Space became a catalyst for dystopia.
The remnants of civilization occupy stations with larger populations, but the constant threat of attack by Evil, piracy, ordinary crime, and a general shortage of almost everything are now shaping it.
People are no longer divided by nationality. Those who managed to settle split into two main paths. There are societies where faith in the Cult, its practices, and its spiritual authorities prevails. The opposite are places ruled by a scientific approach and critical thinking, an unwavering belief in the preservation of humanity. These are the seats of Humanity. Profane power is held by the structure of hyper-corporations, striving to use all means in competitive struggles to control the ruins of the world.
Thus began a new age. Not as a renewal, but as a survival. A civilization that left its home without ever truly understanding it.
Global conflicts escalate into an unstoppable phase. By this time, everyone understands that a civilized society built on blinding technology and an economy of infinite growth was only an illusion, and that the price of this blindness will be terrible.
The first corporations achieve spacefaring technology. We no longer know how this sudden technological leap forward was enabled. The main actors in research become astronomical and especially radiological observatories. The largest of them, a militant organization operating the Arecibo observatory, patents several key technologies enabling long-term survival in space. Many other companies follow with similar or strikingly similar research results.
Ordinary corporations transform into organizations with their own structures and enforcement of laws. By transferring power over life and death from national governments to corporations, the structure of society fundamentally changes. Each such corporation has its own laws, rules, and administers its own territory. These entities are newly called hyper-corporations.
The most successful of them, if it can be called that, is the Cult. Thanks to its widespread presence since the early modern era and its infiltration of all places showing even the slightest sign of power before the boom of hyper-corporations, this step was entirely expected.
The revelation of the Cult at the end of the 20th century was one of the greatest awakenings for the humanistically oriented inhabitants of Earth.

Due to the overwhelming pace of technological civilization, especially through the use of electronics, people are blinded by the light of devices and completely isolated from the existence of evil. They convince themselves that it is a relic of the past and that everything can be explained rationally. Humanity reaches its peak, at which it calls itself a "civilized society".
Conflicts that have always existed become global thanks to technology. Humanity also gains, for the first time, the ability to annihilate itself through rapid technological progress.
The Cult becomes an organization of shadows; for ordinary people, its existence is a conspiracy theory. In an effort to regain power, it transforms into organized crime. In the following decades, aspects of society such as mafias, dictatorships, and oligarchies are revealed to be its manifestations.
Faith recedes into the background and is pushed aside by science. The scientific approach becomes popular primarily because it produces results. Evil is suppressed through medical practices, the infected are considered mentally ill, and the first institutions and attempts to separate them from the rest of society emerge. The church’s approach, which does not perceive manifestations of Evil as diseases and therefore cannot treat them, is considered the foundation of its spread. Humanity resonates in society as never before and is perceived as a key element in the fight against Evil.
The Cult is persecuted; there is no place for it in modern society. Its members are hunted. Divided into many secret societies, it is now fully separated from churches and practices only its own secret ritual. It still attracts new members, especially those hungry for power. The Cult thus gradually infiltrates the most influential positions in society.
The fight against evil enters a new phase as exorcism and the Inquisition emerge. The Cult already controls most religious organizations, manipulates rulers, and through intrigue dominates the world.
As a form of polarization, the first scientific approaches begin to emerge, and the scientific invention known as the "printing press" spreads rapidly among the population. What churches had done for centuries, the printing press achieved in months. Science becomes a popular alternative to spirituality, and the Age of Enlightenment is born.

By this time, society is definitively unified and spiritual organizations are at the peak of their power. There is no place on the planet where a religious faction with enormous influence and economic power exceeding that of rulers does not exist.
The first secret organizations emerge within organizations. It is believed that during this period the seeds of a group that would later dominate them all are formed. Due to the absence of affiliation with any contemporary religion, while assimilating all of their elements, it is today simply called the "Cult".
It is possible that Evil primarily targeted these groups due to their corruption and the possibility of controlling all of human society through them. The first written documents about the spread of Evil begin to appear, both in the form of contemporary diseases and through possessions and the control of key figures of church power. Exorcism is practiced in all corners of the world.

Archaeological findings reveal a division of humanity into a pragmatic and a spiritually oriented part of society. Rulers generally symbolized the profane part of society and, through military force and economic means, were able to control many subjects. Spiritual leaders, such as temple priests, founded their own societies that were exempt from the power of rulers. The most well-known examples are Egyptian temples, home to cults dedicated to specific gods, or in Greece the temple at Delphi, whose Sibyl priestesses were sought after by every ruler of the time for their ability to see the future. The growing influence of religious organizations over secular power becomes apparent.
The cradle of our civilization, Mesopotamia, emerges. The first writing systems and the first written laws originate here.
Agriculture becomes the primary means of subsistence instead of hunting and gathering. According to archaeological findings, humans develop the ability to communicate using more complex language for the first time, to plan sowing and harvesting, and thus inevitably to measure time.
Taş Tepeler, that is, the fact that people had to know this and much more thousands of years earlier, does not align with science, and is therefore excluded from it.
In the area now known as Taş Tepeler, the first human cities emerge, featuring stone sanctuaries that show tendencies toward religion.
On the pillars of these sanctuaries appear reliefs depicting people interacting with an unknown substance resembling a dense liquid. According to these depictions, the liquid was considered sacred and believed to result in the transformation of humans into a higher state of being.
