History
The concept of Evil has appeared in human records in various forms for thousands of years. It remains unclear whether these accounts truly describe the same phenomenon, or whether they are simply similar ideas that emerged independently across different cultures.
Archaeological discoveries from several long-lost civilizations contain unusual symbols, objects and records that are now believed by some to be connected to Evil. According to current knowledge, some of these cultures had no contact with one another. The meaning of these similarities remains disputed among historians, archaeologists and supporters of less conventional theories.
Present Day
As humanity expanded into space, new incidents began to be associated with Evil. Unexplained events, lost expeditions, unknown objects and accounts from survivors gradually formed the image of something humanity still does not fully understand.
There is no consensus on whether all of these events share a common origin. The term “Evil” is now used for a broad group of phenomena whose connection has never been reliably proven. Even so, certain patterns appear often enough that they cannot easily be ignored.
What Evil actually represents remains unknown. It may be a civilization, a technology, a natural phenomenon, a consequence of human actions, or several completely unrelated phenomena that humanity has given a single name. The only certainty is that reports of its manifestations continue to increase as humanity pushes deeper into space.
